Job Description

Within a large Tech department, you will join an agile team to design robust and scalable products in a distributed environment (Micro-services). You will be involved in the entire value chain: from developing fluid interfaces in React to the architecture of complex services under Symfony/API Platform, while having a Cloud/Infra sensibility.

Context

Believe is strengthening the Contracts and Accounts Management (CAM) department, a strategic pillar of the business system, responsible for contracting with labels and artists. You will join a team dedicated to the complete overhaul of the contract management tool, ensuring the compliance and structure of the Group's commitments.

The technical team currently consists of:

• Two senior frontend software engineers
• Five senior backend software engineers
• One lead software engineer

Your Missions

1. Full Stack Development & Architecture

• Front-End: Design high-performance and reusable interfaces using React and TanStack.
• Back-End: Develop robust APIs via Symfony and API Platform, as well as the BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) layer.
• Legacy: Ensure the controlled maintenance and evolution of existing PHP components (10-20% of the activity).

2. Data & Infrastructure

• Data: Model and optimize schemas on mixed environments (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• DevOps: Participate in the life of the stack on GCP: Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous deployment via ArgoCD.

3. Technical Culture & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentoring: Support the skill development of junior developers (educational code reviews, pair programming).
• Technological Watch: Maintain an active watch on PHP and JS ecosystems to propose relevant innovations.
• Sharing: Actively contribute to knowledge dissemination within the department (guilds, documentation, Brown Bag Lunches).

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years, with confirmed expertise in Symfony and React.
• Key Skills: API Platform, Typescript, TanStack, SQL/NoSQL, and a solid foundation in "Cloud Native" culture (K8s/GCP).
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine passion for teaching and teamwork.
• Curiosity for using AI Tools.
