We are expanding our Oracle Health Data Intelligence division and looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to be part of the HealtheIntent - Identity Services team. In this exciting role, you will contribute to the development of core services that underpin the security models of the HealtheIntent Platform. Your work will help manage and analyze the attributes and relationships of personnel and organizations, enhancing health data management for our clients.

- Design, develop, and debug software programs for applications, databases, tools, and networks, ensuring efficient performance and security.

What We’re Looking For
- High proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Java.
- Strong skills in object‑oriented programming and MVC architecture.
- Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in writing maintainable and modular software.
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Maven.
- Experience with cloud‑based platforms facilitating application development and distribution.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical contexts.
Knowledge Requirements
- Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Big Data Processing and Relational Databases, including ETL and SQL.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport within the team.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
