What you do

• You design and are responsible for the conception and implementation of Zurich Switzerland's new partner data system.
• You develop new features together with a cross-functional team, drive technical innovations, and ensure that our system remains performant and scalable.
• You design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for the migration and integration of partner data.
• Together with the team, you define and establish technical standards and best practices.
• You take on technical responsibility in the project and continuously optimize code quality and security.

What you bring

• Completed (technical) university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
• Sound experience in backend development with Java, Boot, SQL, and Apache Kafka, as well as extensive hands-on experience with MySQL databases.
• Knowledge in the area of ETL & data migration, preferably with Azure Data Factory.
• High quality and responsibility awareness, as well as the ability to work in a structured manner both in a team and independently.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
