Senior Software Engineer - IT Asset Management

About the Role

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Software Engineer - IT Asset Management.

Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension) Location: Iselin, NJ/ Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer - IT Asset Management, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust full-stack applications using Angular and Java.
• Build interactive, visually appealing, and functionally strong web applications.
• Leverage infrastructure expertise (Linux, virtualization, containers) to guide design decisions.
• Automate IT Asset Management workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both front-end and back-end code.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Angular and Java.
• Hands-on infrastructure background (DBA, Windows/Unix/Linux Admin, Storage, Messaging, or Network Administration).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in production environments with a focus on operational stability.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
