Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize Genesys Cloud Architect call flows for IVR and routing.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Integrate IVR systems with backend services and databases to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain high availability and performance.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure 99%+ system uptime.
  • Continuously improve call flows and user experience through data‑driven insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IVR development experience, with deep hands‑on expertise in Genesys Cloud Architect.
  • Genesys Cloud Professional certification is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, including building backend services and IVR integrations.
  • Strong understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP, CTI).
  • 5+ years of experience in API development and/or backend integration.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, etc.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Exposure to speech recognition and natural language IVR technologies.
  • Experience in B2B Fintech industry.
