Senior Software Engineer - Java

The Senior Java Software Engineer will provide progressive and best-in-class solutions to various RESTful services, applications, and data systems using the following technologies and methodologies.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field is required (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. • Agile experience preferred. • Must have current hands-on experience for the following technologies: Core Java and JDK 11+, Unit and Integration testing experience using Junit, J2EE, Spring Framework and JPA / Hibernate, Maven, Git and Jenkins, and JSON RESTful web service development. • Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure preferred). • Solid understanding of core Java concepts and design patterns. • Experience in JDBC, RDBMS, Cassandra, Kafka, ActiveMQ, and NoSQL. • Experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
