Senior Software Engineer - Java/Python with Cloud and Kubernetes Expertise

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorganChase within the API Marketplace, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your role involves executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think innovatively. You will also be accountable for creating secure and high-quality production code, maintaining algorithms, and producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities: - Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches - Create secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and produce architecture and design artifacts - Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large data sets - Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture - Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new technologies - Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and a minimum of 3 years of applied experience - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficient in coding in Java and/or Python - Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a corporate environment - Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Understanding of cloud/Kubernetes concepts
