What You’ll Be Doing

• Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with an emphasis on scalability, sustainability, and enduring product value.

• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product organisation to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features support product objectives.

• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and sustaining product reliability, optimizing performance, and anticipating and addressing potential issues.

• Technical Design: Executing high‑stakes technical choices that directly influence user satisfaction and product growth potential.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Jumping between transient projects or pursuing the latest technology fads.

• Contributing to internal IT infrastructure or contract‑based projects that lack tangible user outcomes.

• Spending time in unproductive meetings or managing monotonous infrastructure concerns.

Basic Requirements Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of full‑stack development experience, working on front and back‑end features.

• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.

• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.

• Experience in using generative AI in your day‑to‑day development work.
