About the role

As a Sr. Software Engineer (.NET/Azure) at Experian Employer Services (EES), your primary role will involve creating solutions and architectures for high-volume, high-transaction applications. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions to clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing new feature requirements such as architectural design, software development best practices, testing strategies, database design, security considerations, and cloud architecture considerations - Creating and modernizing applications and APIs that are compatible across multiple devices - Implementing high-quality code and unit tests, participating in code reviews, and providing feedback - Following Experian's Secure SDLC and resolving bugs promptly - Demonstrating functionality to the Product team for approval and promoting a DevOps culture - Assisting team members and being on-call for platform emergencies

In terms of technical requirements, you should have experience with: - C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core - MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Relational Database Design - Frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, ReactJS - Azure Cloud Solutions (IaaS, SaaS) and API development - Common Architectural Patterns, Cloud Native development, and Microservices Architecture - Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Agile software methodologies, and Entity Framework or other ORM

Qualifications for this role include: - 6+ years of professional .NET development and architectural experience - 2+ years of Azure cloud experience - Bachelor's in computer science or related field, Masters preferred
