About the role
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations. • Partner with business teams to identify, prioritize, and rapidly prototype GenAI use cases aligned with commercial strategy. • Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions integrating LLMs, enterprise data (via Fabric/Data Agents), and external APIs. • Lead prompt engineering and orchestration to optimize agent performance, reliability, and business impact. • Support iterative PoC development, stakeholder demos, and feedback loops to accelerate adoption.
Technical Expertise
• 5?10 years in enterprise application development, with 2?3 years hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps). • Proven experience with Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation). • Strong grasp of agentic workflows, conversational UX, adaptive cards, and orchestration logic. • Proficiency in integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Agents, pipeline creation, and connector development. • Familiarity with Copilot in Power BI and embedding GenAI into reporting workflows. • Ability to design modular, scalable, and secure AI solutions with enterprise-grade governance. • Experience in agile methodologies, iterative prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.
