About

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d) Java for an excellent IT consulting company at the Dortmund location as part of a permanent full-time position. In this role, you will develop and advise on individual software solutions for renowned clients in NRW from industries such as Finance and Retail.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Development: You will conceptualize and develop individual software architectures and IT solutions in agile teams.
• Fullstack Expertise: You will implement requirements with a modern enterprise stack (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript).
• Customer Consulting: You will analyze business requirements directly with the customer and communicate technical solutions at eye level.
• Innovation & Research: You will actively participate in internal research and development areas.

Your Qualifications:

• Background: You have a completed IT degree and several years of professional experience (6+ years), ideally in a consulting environment, and bring team lead/employee management experience.
• Enterprise Know-how: You have in-depth knowledge of Java and Spring Boot and place the highest value on code quality and clean code.
• Data & Web: You are proficient in databases and data modeling and ideally have knowledge of modern JavaScript technologies.
• Language & Mobility: You are fluent in German (min. C1) and are willing to travel within NRW.
