The Seehoff GmbH – your first address for exciting jobs in Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen and Hamburg! We are currently supporting a medium-sized client in Kiel in their search for a Software Developer (m/f/d) for permanent employment with remuneration according to the IG Metall collective agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- You develop software solutions and viable system architectures in close cooperation with various stakeholders.
- From the analysis of requirements through design and implementation to testing and quality assurance, you support the entire development process together with your team.
- The creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as specifications, test concepts, and system descriptions are also your responsibility.
- You plan and implement the integration of individual software modules into existing system environments.
- You support project managers in evaluating technical requirements, estimating effort, and planning implementation.
- You actively contribute to strategic and organizational tasks, such as the further development of solutions, working methods, or the optimization of existing systems.

Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in a technical or scientific field and have several years of professional experience in professional software development.
- You feel confident in C++ or PLC programming and routinely develop demanding applications.
- Ideally, you combine knowledge from the classic control world with sound experience in object-oriented development.
- If you have already designed complex system landscapes, this fits the requirement profile perfectly.
- You analyze in a structured manner, quickly recognize interrelationships, and approach tasks with a strong sense of quality.
- Furthermore, you are interested in familiarizing yourself with a technologically specialized environment and taking responsibility for individual software modules within larger systems.
