We're searching for a hands-on technical leader to enhance and scale our eCommerce platform in a hybrid work environment (in-office collaboration required on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Fall River, MA).
In this role, you won't just lead a team; you'll influence architecture and tackle complex problems while rolling up your sleeves to contribute directly to high-impact development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Guide architectural decisions to optimize our web platform and integrations.
- Lead the charge on development efforts with hands-on coding in a modern .NET environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Review code and advocate for development best practices within the team.
- Support and elevate a cloud-based environment utilizing AWS services.
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with C# / .NET and developing scalable web applications.
- Proficient in API development and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of database design and performance (SQL Server or MySQL).
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments with modern development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Front-end experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Experience with microservices or serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or Salesforce integrations.
Compensation & Benefits
Our salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, based on experience and qualifications. We take a market-based approach to compensation, considering skills, experience, and the role's scope.
