Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the further development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Oracle-based Warehouse Management System.
• This includes analyzing business requirements and translating them into robust technical solutions with clear end-to-end responsibility.
• Your role also includes the conception, development, and testing of database applications and PL/SQL modules.
• Another focus is on performance optimization of existing database structures and the continuous further development of the system architecture.
• Evaluating and integrating new features, enhancements, and interfaces is also part of your field of activity.
• In close cooperation with key users, specialist departments, and operational logistics teams, solutions are created that actually work in everyday warehouse operations and offer real added value.

Profile

• You have several years of experience as a Software Engineer or Oracle/PLSQL Developer or in a comparable technical role.
• You also have very good knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, which you use confidently and routinely.
• Experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a clear advantage.
• Conception, modeling, and performance tuning of relational databases are not a problem for you.
• At the same time, your clear motivation is to efficiently further develop an established system rather than reinventing everything.
• You are characterized by your independent, solution-oriented way of working, your analytical mindset combined with an understanding of logistical business processes, and your enjoyment of partnership-based teamwork. Your profile is rounded off by fluent German language skills.
