Senior Software Engineer

THE WORK

In this senior role, you'll collaborate with fellow engineers to create advanced data analytics solutions and work on agile development projects that support our high-visibility missions. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, guiding data analytics and agile development initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams to meet mission goals.

This Program is focused on employing full stack software engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems that support Analytic Missions.

We maintain a robust quality assurance process for our products, ensuring each one undergoes DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test (SLT) before going live.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an accomplished Software Engineer with extensive experience in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions, particularly in Linux environments. You bring strong familiarity with programming languages, especially Java.

Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer on similar programs with comparable scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Alternatively, four (4) additional years of relevant SWE experience (totaling eleven) may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in full stack development, including JavaScript, React, and Mongo, with a background in analytics and production environments.
