For our customer in Winterthur, we are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python & AI).

Position Details:

• Start: asap
• Project duration: 31.12.2026 (option to extend)
• Utilization: 100% (high remote share)
• Location: Winterthur

Your Tasks:

• Develop, optimize, and operate Python-implemented GenAI/ML applications in Google Cloud, utilizing resources efficiently and creating business value.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of the entire codebase.
• Share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders and proactively contribute to the solution design of applications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python-based projects.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, clean code, and software architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally GCP.
• Experience with (Gen)AI and Machine Learning, and the implementation of AI/ML-based applications, particularly their deployment and operation.
• Enjoy delving into business processes, actively participating, and contributing own ideas to identify the best technical solution.
• Concerned with continuously testing ideas with users and motivated to actively shape a solution.
• German and English (min. B2).
