Senior Software Engineer - Python Programming

As a Software Developer, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

- Understanding product requirements and converting them into code - Resolving bugs efficiently - Ensuring the performance and scalability of the product - Maintaining code quality and adhering to best practices and coding standards - Keeping technical documentation up-to-date - Implementing RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end components and third-party services - Demonstrating system architecture and design skills

Qualifications required for this role include:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in REST API development using Python-based frameworks such as Django or Django REST framework (DRF) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development with Python - Minimum of 5 years of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Git - Proficiency in database programming (Postgres, SQL) with the ability to write complex queries - At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile development cycle

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

- Contributed to any open-source projects - Experience or understanding of DevOps practices - Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum - Knowledge of API design and creation (e.g., OpenAPI) - Experience in Test Driven Development - Previous experience in a product-based company
