Senior Software Engineer ( R & D, AIML)

We are seeking a Research & Development (R&D) Expert to explore emerging technologies, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and drive innovation across our software products and platforms. The role involves prototyping new solutions, improving existing architectures, conducting technical research, and guiding engineering teams on modern development practices including AI, cloud, scalability, and automation.

The candidate will work closely with product teams, architects, and developers to transform research ideas into practical solutions that enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience.

Experience

3+ Years in relevant field

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Microservices, and DevOps automation

2. Evaluate and recommend new frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve development productivity and system performance

3. Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes for new technical ideas and product enhancements

4. Work with engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing products

5. Research best practices for scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems

6. Drive initiatives around AI integration, automation, and intelligent systems in enterprise applications

7. Prepare technical documentation, architecture proposals, and research reports

8. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions

9. Monitor industry trends and evaluate open-source technologies and third-party tools

10. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams on modern architectures and best practices

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in software architecture and system design

2. Strong knowledge of Databases (MS SQL Server / NoSQL)

3. Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation (preferred)

4. Experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems

5. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

6. Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

7. Experience in performance optimization and scalability design

8. Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements

9. Ability to build POCs, prototypes, and experimental solutions

10. Strong analytical thinking, research capability, and problem-solving skills

11. Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / API development

12. Communication and technical documentation skills
