Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, including building scalable, performant web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks (React is a plus).
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, with a focus on optimization and scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and other modern DevOps tools.
• Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with healthcare‑related integrations like TPP SystmOne is a huge plus.
• A passion for building meaningful products that improve lives and disrupt healthcare.
