  • Navigate complex system integrations across multiple technology stacks to enhance the simulation platform
  • Work independently and drive your roadmap through close engagement with simulation users
  • Evaluate when to implement solutions yourself and when to collaborate with third-party vendors to improve the platform
  • Deliver reliable software through code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing
  • Thrive in a startup-like environment within a global company, with flat hierarchies and high personal impact

Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or a similar degree with focus on numerical computation or simulations
  • Very proficient in Python, 5+ years of professional experience in a technically complex Linux environment and understanding not only how to write Python code but also how to package and deploy it in cloud-based environments
  • Experience with game or simulation engines and related tooling (preferably Nvidia Omniverse / Isaac Sim, alternatively Unreal, Unity, Gazebo) and familiar with typical tasks when working with 3D assets (OpenUSD, URDF and mesh file manipulation)
  • Self-Driven Communicator: Beyond your technical skills, your self-motivation and excellent communication abilities stand out. You're at home brainstorming and collaborating with robotics or DevOps experts and driving your projects forward.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bring a startup mindset to work iteratively with focus on usable solutions for the end user.

Benefits

  • Get flexible working hours and a hybrid model for real work-life balance
  • Monthly CHF 500 mobility credit for sustainable commutations
  • Tailored training & development opportunities
  • Relocation support for a smooth start
  • Discounts on health, mobility & entertainment
