Your mission, in a sentence, is to evolve and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and smooth operation.

Under the leadership of the CTO of Run Services, you will play a pivotal role within the IT team by ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the company’s Information System. You will support the company’s technological needs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Designing State-of-the-Art Hosting Architectures

• Analyze and develop tailored solutions based on user needs, such as VMs, microservices in Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipeline design
• Propose technical solutions and contribute to technical architecture studies and system sizing

Administering and Evolving LINAGORA's Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and internal tools
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems
• Develop and maintain architectural and operational documentation
• Industrialize target architectures, automating the configuration of equipment and applications
• Provide advanced technical support and HelpDesk services to internal teams, resolving incidents within the Information System

Enhancing Security & Compliance

• Implement security measures following ISO 27001 and SecNumCloud standards using tools such as Vault, Clair, and OWASP tools
• Ensure the security maintenance of the entire infrastructure
• Support and train teams in SRE and DevSecOps best practices
• Perform regular updates and patches to ensure the security and efficiency of systems
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks

Contributing to Monitoring & Alerting Strategies

• Integrate tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki to implement continuous monitoring
• Monitor system performance and take action when failures occur

Continuous Optimization

• Define and implement remediation solutions, improvement processes, or preventive measures based on performance indicators and post-mortems
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new IT projects
• Lead migration or upgrade projects for existing systems

Required Skills

We are looking for an expert in Linux system administration with the following key skills:

• Linux Administration (Debian, Ubuntu, etc.)
• Networking and security expertise
• Skills in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Virtualization: OpenStack, Xen
• Cloud & Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring/Alerting: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible
• CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
• Version Control: Git
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
• Strong communication and documentation skills

A Plus Will Be

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, MariaDB
• Security Tools: OpenLDAP, LemonLDAP
