At Rowads, every line of production code is written with AI agents. No code reviews. No PRs. No review bottleneck. Our only KPI is Request-to-Live — the time from "I need this" to a deployed product. Current: under 3 hours. Goal: under 30 minutes.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to become the technical backbone of the company and one of the world's foremost experts on AI-native software development. You'll own our core infrastructure, push the boundaries of agentic coding, and help us reach our goal: 100x software development speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI-native development practices — define how AI agents write, test, and deploy production code
• Obsess over Request-to-Live — slash the time from "I need this" to deployed
• Own the platform infrastructure — gateway, auth, ACL, storage, deployment pipeline
• Keep the codebase AI-perfect — architect nano-apps small enough for AI agents to hold full context
• Scale the parallelism — build systems that let 5 engineers run 25 AI coding agents in parallel

Requirements

• AI coding obsessed: You already use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools daily
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Security-first mindset
• System design chops
• Zero ego about code — comfortable rewriting systems you built last month
