Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Software Engineer role with AI experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software systems, with a focus on AI integration. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing AI-driven features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our software solutions. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility for some remote work. This role will play a critical part in enhancing our trade solutions and driving innovation within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in computer science, software development, and back-end web development

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI and machine learning.

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Strong experience with JavaScript and React frameworks.

• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and deployment in a production environment.

• Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to optimize B2B trade processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features.

• Ensure data quality, maintain data pipelines, and implement best practices for data management.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and apply them to improve our platform..
