Your Role

You are a Frontend, Backend, or Fullstack Developer who understands the entire software development process – both on-premise and in the cloud? For you, AI is the essential technology for the future of software development, and you want to help shape this development? You have focused on developing complex and scalable application systems? This position can be filled full-time or part-time.

• Develop business-critical custom software for industry leaders at the highest level and integrate it into complex system landscapes.
• Help shape the future of software engineering in the AI era – with AI-based solutions for our clients that create added value.
• Software engineering from planning to operation in regular exchange with the client.
• Design software architecture, test strategies, and DevOps processes: on-premise or in the cloud with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or SAP BTP.
• Conduct code reviews and guide developers in agile teams.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience, preferably with a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, another STEM field, or a comparable degree program.
• Practical experience in software projects and ideally in technical leadership of teams (estimations, scoping, planning).
• Understanding of the possibilities and limitations of AI, experience with AI-based tools like Github Copilot, initial practical experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic.AI, or crew.ai.
• In-depth knowledge in e.g., Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Angular, React, next.js, REST, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kafka, RabbitMQ, relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Experience in (microservice) software architecture, design patterns, and test-driven development.
• High quality awareness, agile mindset, strong communication skills, and team player mentality, as well as enjoyment in building knowledge and fostering talent.
• Very good German and English skills (min. C1).
