Requirements

Must have:

• Several years of professional experience, preferably with a degree in computer science, business informatics, another STEM field, or a comparable qualification, e.g., Fachinformatiker*in.
• Practical experience in software projects and ideally in the technical leadership of teams (estimations, scoping, planning).
• Sound knowledge in e.g. Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Angular, React, next.js, REST, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kafka, RabbitMQ, relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Experience in (microservice) software architecture, design patterns, and test-driven development.
• High quality awareness, agile mindset, strong communication skills and team player mentality, as well as enjoyment in building knowledge and fostering talent.
• Very good German and English skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate business-critical custom software at the highest level into complex system landscapes.
• Software engineering from planning to operation in regular exchange with the customer.
• Design software architecture, test strategies, and DevOps processes: on-premise or in the cloud with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or SAP BTP.
• Conduct code reviews and guide developers in agile teams.
• Thematic knowledge exchange in our communities.
