Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a QA Lead & Cofounder (Automation + Monitoring Focus).

This is not a traditional QA role focused only on manual testing. You will help build and enforce the systems that:

* Validate releases automatically

* Monitor production environments in real time

* Detect failures before users report them

* Protect product quality at scale

Responsibilities include:

* Leading automation testing across API, Web, and Mobile

* Structuring Postman + Tuskr QA systems

* Building CI/CD quality gates with GitHub Actions

* Implementing smoke testing and monitoring systems

* Working closely with Product, Backend, Mobile, and DevOps teams

You will help build the gatekeeper and monitoring layer behind product reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA automation and system testing

• Hands-on experience with:

* Postman / Newman

* Playwright or Cypress

* Appium

* GitHub Actions / CI-CD pipelines

* Monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, logs, alerts, etc.)

• Strong understanding of:

* API testing

* Smoke testing

* Regression testing

* Release validation

• Experience in fintech, payments, wallets, cards, or crypto systems is a strong advantage

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Compensation

This is not a fixed salary role.

Monthly remuneration is based on profit sharing and includes:

* A percentage of company profit

* Meaningful equity ownership
