QA Lead & Cofounder (Automation + Monitoring Focus)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a QA Lead & Cofounder (Automation + Monitoring Focus).

This is not a traditional QA role focused only on manual testing. You will help build and enforce the systems that:

• Validate releases automatically
• Monitor production environments in real time
• Detect failures before users report them
• Protect product quality at scale

Responsibilities

• Leading automation testing across API, Web, and Mobile
• Structuring Postman + Tuskr QA systems
• Building CI/CD quality gates with GitHub Actions
• Implementing smoke testing and monitoring systems
• Working closely with Product, Backend, Mobile, and DevOps teams

You will help build the gatekeeper and monitoring layer behind product reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA automation and system testing
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Postman / Newman
  • Playwright or Cypress
  • Appium
  • GitHub Actions / CI-CD pipelines
  • Monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, logs, alerts, etc.)
• Strong understanding of:
  • API testing
  • Smoke testing
  • Regression testing
  • Release validation
• Experience in fintech, payments, wallets, cards, or crypto systems is a strong advantage
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Compensation

This is not a fixed salary role.

Monthly remuneration is based on profit sharing and includes:

• A percentage of company profit
• Meaningful equity ownership
