Vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Pharma sector.

Your Tasks

• Guide and direct the software development efforts of a cross-functional Scrum team, ensuring architectural concepts are well implemented
• Design and develop innovative software solutions for embedded user interfaces, meeting regulatory requirements and system quality attributes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions
• Mentor and empower team members, fostering a collaborative environment and technical excellence
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration

Your Experience/knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development / Engineering for embedded systems; experience in a regulated environment is beneficial
• Strong expertise in React and experience with developing embedded user interfaces using Rust, C++, or similar
• Proven ability to solve complex technical issues creatively and effectively, using multi-faceted approaches
• Experience with Electron or Tauri is an advantage
• Language skills: English
