Your Role in the Team

• Analyze business requirements and design software architectures and implementation plans for our digitalization projects.
• Conduct research and evaluation processes for third-party technologies and industry trends to support development and support activities.
• Develop service-oriented software and data platforms with reusable components that can be used across teams.
• Define architecture standards for seamless data flow and integrated business logic between different applications.
• Apply software development standards and guidelines and review code for quality, security, and legal compliance.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate development teams.
• Support error analysis and the resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Set technology guidelines, promote knowledge sharing, and act as a mentor for developers across teams.

Our Expectations of You:

Qualifications

• Proven competence (e.g., iSAQB) in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions in scalable architectures, ideally with public cloud providers like Microsoft Azure.
• Quality and performance orientation in software development.
• Agile working methods and a good understanding of the associated processes.

Experience

• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development (.NET, Angular, Python).
• Experience with distributed platforms and technologies such as microservices, event-driven architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern database systems in distributed environments, e.g., MS SQL Server.

Education

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field.
