What to expect

• You will develop products based on customer requirements independently.
• You see yourself as a driver and designer with regard to quality, IT security, DevOps, as well as optimization and stabilization of existing services.
• You will conduct code reviews, refactorings, and regular deployments using CI/CD and actively participate in planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• You will advise on the optimization of business processes to best serve our customers.
• You will create and present decision templates for technical topics as needed.

What you bring

• University degree in a field of computer science or comparable qualification.
• Software Engineer with a focus on backend development and experience in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Sound experience with frameworks such as Spring, Quarkus, or Vert.
• Proficient in Hibernate and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Git, Gitlab CI, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of modern software architecture in the cloud environment, automated testing, and design patterns.
• The ability to effectively pass on knowledge to junior colleagues and act as a mentor rounds off your profile.
