• Specifically, your first project will be an innovative AI project, dealing with topics such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), integration and fine-tuning of large LLMs, cloud, intelligent algorithms, interface integration, ETL processes, development of web services and interfaces, and development of web-based user interfaces.

As a Senior Software Developer (m/f) with AI experience, you are an important part of our agile development team, within which you develop innovative software solutions for medium-sized businesses or corporations. Due to our diverse customer structure, you can expect various exciting projects from different industries. What we expect from you

• At least 7 years of demonstrable professional experience in development with C# / .NET
• At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in development with Python
• At least 5 years of demonstrable architectural experience
• At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in at least one of the following cloud environments: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform
• You would describe yourself as an expert in the development of AI systems. In particular, you have intensive experience in ETL, Machine Learning, Fine-Tuning, LLMs, NLG/NLU, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and MAS
• You are intensively and passionately engaged with the current daily global developments in the AI field and have a good overview of which models currently exist on the market and their respective advantages and disadvantages
• Learning new things and familiarizing yourself with them excites you – even beyond your daily work
• You are a team player – we are looking for true team players! But you don't mind implementing projects alone either
• Independent, careful, and responsible work characterizes you.
• You have a Class B driver's license or are willing to obtain one soon.
