Senior Solution Advisor / Solution Architect w/m/d

Requirements

• You have at least six years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally in several modules/business areas, optionally also with an industry focus.
• Your competencies include the business management, process-oriented view of integrated solutions as well as the technical integrative perspective.
• Your approach is consistently value-oriented and supports the strategies and visions of our customers.
• You have experience in leading (sub-)projects from a technical perspective.
• You possess very good knowledge in the conception and implementation of solutions based on the SAP product portfolio, especially with S/4HANA as the core.
• You are a key resource in projects for a specialist area or an industry and want to take the next career step.
• Very good communication skills in German and English and a professional appearance are among your strengths.
• Willingness to travel two to four days a week depending on the project situation for customer assignments is a matter of course for you.

Responsibilities

• You advise our medium-sized and large clients independently, process-oriented and across industries within the scope of SAP S/4HANA pre-sales and implementation projects.
• You bear the technical responsibility for the project and lead the project team on a technical level.
• You conceptualize and model business processes and orchestrate the technical solutions and data models as Solution Advisor/Solution Architect (w/m/d) for the efficient mapping of processes.
• You know the potentially relevant solutions and products for the project as well as their integration points – ideally also on a technical level – and continuously stay up-to-date, especially in the SAP product portfolio.
• You manage and coordinate the entire project progress in cooperation with project management - from the Prepare- through the Explore- and Realize- to the Run phase and build the bridge to continuous innovation.
• You are responsible for the synchronization and integrative work of the various project workstreams, thus creating continuous, consistent and integrated solutions.
• You develop existing customer relationships and support in sales/presales.
• You support internally in the further development of the project methodology and in coordination with stakeholders such as project managers, portfolio management, quality & risk management and our Centers of Excellence.
• Depending on the project situation, you work on-site at the customer's premises, in one of our offices or from home.
