Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead design and delivery for a Product Management Transformation initiative. This role focuses on modernizing how technical services are delivered, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions.
• Define requirements, run workshops, and oversee customizations and integrations.
• Develop integration strategies ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and align with program delivery.
• Build and maintain solution roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Communicate with stakeholders and recommend technology improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of Dynamics 365 experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership in solution architecture, integrations, and modernization.
• Strong Azure expertise (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Proficiency in .NET Core development.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and data architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Public sector experience (child welfare/social services a plus).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, HIPAA) and security architecture.
