Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology delivery. This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions to design scalable, efficient, and commercially aligned technology solutions that support strategic growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to shape end-to-end solution architecture across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, challenges, and transformation priorities
• Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technology solutions
• Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, integrations, security, and infrastructure
• Lead architecture workshops with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, HR, and commercial functions
• Produce high-quality architecture artefacts including business capability maps, process flows, solution designs, and roadmaps
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and security frameworks
• Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and innovation

Essential

• 7+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Architecture roles
• Strong experience aligning business strategy with technology delivery
• Proven track record designing enterprise-wide solutions across complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build strong business cases
• Experience working within governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
