Totogi operates on a different foundation, and this is not a conventional BSS vendor position:
- Three live products, no vaporware: You'll present a serverless 5G Charging engine, a cloud‑native Wholesale BSS platform, and the Telco Ontology—an AI‑powered knowledge graph enabling LLMs to interpret a customer's complete telco infrastructure. These are production systems, not placeholder roadmaps.
- Deployment in weeks, not years: Totogi operates as SaaS on AWS. You won't be justifying 18‑month rollouts. You'll demonstrate what ships quickly, and validate it in real time.
- You drive the technical close: Discovery sessions, demonstrations, solution architecture, and RFP execution. You build the technical argument. This is not a support role or an ancillary function.
- You compete against entrenched players: Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia—but with a product edge they cannot replicate in architecture, velocity, or economics.
This position centers on securing technical wins. You will deliver customized demonstrations, conduct discovery interviews, architect solutions, and craft precise RFP submissions across all three Totogi product lines. The role requires sufficient telecom expertise to engage credibly on charging, billing, CRM, product catalogs, integration frameworks, 5G interfaces, migration challenges, and rate structures—and to tie that technical depth directly to business outcomes within the same engagement.
You will work at the intersection of product capability, sales execution, and customer requirements. Your deliverables must advance deal momentum, support accurate scoping, and translate into measurable revenue. What You Will Be Doing
- Running customer demonstrations that showcase the interface and functional capabilities of Totogi's product suite
- Conducting interviews with customer subject matter experts to surface pain points, technical constraints, and validation criteria
- Creating solution scopes for the Professional Services organization, translating customer needs into Totogi product configurations
- Authoring RFP responses that demonstrate how Totogi's offerings satisfy technical and commercial requirements in structured procurement contexts
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Carrying sales quotas or closing commercial negotiations with customers
- Producing templated Solution Scopes that ignore the unique context of each customer engagement
- Conducting enablement sessions for sales personnel or handling administrative overhead
Senior Solutions Architect – Key Responsibilities
- Successfully closed technical engagements that move deals forward across Totogi's three product offerings (Telco Ontology, AI‑Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering roles within the telecom BSS/OSS space
- Proven track record leading technical sales processes for charging, billing, or BSS platforms, including lead‑to‑cash workflows
- Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations and present to senior technical and executive audiences
- Hands‑on experience writing code that consumes APIs (GraphQL, REST)
- Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours for a global role, supporting customers and prospects concentrated in APAC, with additional coverage in EMEA and Americas

Working with Us
- This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
- Compensation: $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
