We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer who is both an innovative problem solver and a skilled architect. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, strategy, and product teams to align client business objectives with enduring technical solutions. Your focus will be on delivering significant value by addressing key pain points and technical challenges through the development of scalable data and marketing technology solutions that demonstrate tangible return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Identify technical and business needs through client engagement.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Transform challenges into effective technical solutions.
  • Create best-practice aligned solutions that fit both Acxiom and partner capabilities.

Enablement & Deal Acceleration

  • Assist in pre-sales efforts and influence deal strategies with sales teams.
  • Contribute technical insights and solution narratives for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Overcome technical barriers and expedite sales through collaboration.
  • Coordinate pricing strategies for complex solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Solution Innovation

  • Lead pilot programs and co-develop solutions to address emerging needs.
  • Gather insights to enhance offerings and increase adoption.
  • Provide input to shape product and solution strategies.

Value Articulation

  • Translate product features into compelling business benefits.
  • Customize messaging to cater to different stakeholder roles.
  • Utilize proof points and demonstrations to instill confidence in solutions.
  • Showcase Acxiom's unique value proposition and differentiators.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in the martech or adtech industry, ideally as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, or in a related role.
