About the Team

• The Solutions Engineering team partners closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Thrive on collaboration and creativity, embodying a shared commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences that reflect Zoom's mission of enabling seamless communication everywhere.

Responsibilities

• Design and present next-generation communication solutions for customers, including demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with customer goals and business strategies.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs/RFPs, sharing insights to enhance solution positioning.
• Partner across business units to align with Zoom's vision and foster innovation and adoption of the Zoom Platform.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS collaboration and cloud communication (web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS) with at least 5 years in the telephony and software applications industry.
• Knowledge of traditional voice systems, AI-enabled applications, and IT systems to create integrated customer solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical solutions that align with customer objectives, leveraging Zoom's partner ecosystem and integrations.
• Mentorship abilities, leading initiatives as needed, and thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in collaboration technologies.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Thorough understanding of competitive landscape, including solution, technology, and product offerings.
• Familiarity with the Zoom Communication platform and its end-to-end positioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range

• Minimum: $131,200.00
• Maximum: $262,400.00
• Starting pay will be based on various factors and will align with qualifications and experience.
