They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sourcing Analyst to support their procurement and supply chain function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support category strategy development through data analysis, demand forecasting, and market insights
  • Maintain and optimize demand planning data to support sourcing decisions and long-term planning
  • Partner with planning teams to manage inventory levels and supplier lead times
  • Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, supporting performance tracking, KPIs, and issue resolution
  • Assist with supplier relationship management, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Support contract negotiations through cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling
  • Monitor market trends for raw materials and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, cost tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks (shortages, pricing volatility, etc.) and recommend alternatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (planning, finance, operations) to support sourcing decisions
  • Support sourcing projects related to pricing changes, production needs, and customer requirements
  • Maintain sourcing calendars and ensure timely execution of contracts and budgeting cycles
  • Ensure material specifications and records are accurate and up to date
  • Work with Accounts Payable and Receivable to resolve discrepancies, manage rebates, and ensure accurate payments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Food Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
