Your Contribution to Our Success Story

In this role, you will develop and design a modern, user-friendly interface for document management and administration. At the same time, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of backend services and APIs used by various consumer applications. You will independently implement business features to make our solutions more efficient, secure, and innovative.

Your Contribution

• Design & Development: Development and integration of modern UI components as well as independent design and implementation of backend services and APIs
• Feature Implementation: Design, implementation, and testing of business features in the front-end and back-end
• Agile Collaboration: Close collaboration with internal development teams and business departments in an agile work environment
• DevOps & Automation: Taking responsibility within the team for the operation of our platform (DevOps) and its continuous improvement regarding automation
• AI Integration: Use of AI technologies to support code generation, automated testing, and documentation to make development processes more efficient and of higher quality

Your Skills and Talents

• Solid Education & Experience: You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in computer science and have at least 2-3 years of professional experience
• Full-Stack Expertise: You have sound knowledge of Java, React, and have practical experience in full-stack development
• Databases: You have experience working with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
• Enthusiasm for AI: You have experience in AI-assisted development and are eager to try out and develop new features
• Desirable Additional Knowledge: Experience with modern DevOps tools such as Kubernetes/Openshift, GitHub Actions, Terraform or ArgoCD, experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• You have a structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• You are a team player and proactively shape collaboration
• Very good German and good English skills are a prerequisite
