Role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Analyze user stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Develop software documentation and conduct software testing.
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide support and documentation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work in a team setting with IT professionals and client-facing specialists and communicate daily amongst the team.
- Develop testing plan scenarios for complex unit, process, function, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
- Assist in identifying and establishing goals for appropriate testing cycles and define and manage software test environments, test standards, and quality assurance tasks.
- Analyze system requirements and design documents; develop detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate with PMO, Development, and Business teams to remediate defects and provide triage support on internal and external issues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 4–6 years of experience in a systems quality environment required, and prior financial services or securities industry experience is essential for success.
- Proven ability to write test plans and use testing tools to plan, execute, and track quality assurance artifacts.
- Experience managing or supporting small teams of Test Analysts to meet quality goals and schedules.
- Working/hands-on knowledge in SQL programming and relational databases is a strong plus.
- Experience with QA test automation tools is highly desired.
- Knowledge of the Agile software development process is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Excel and Word.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
