What You'll Do

• Act as a talent consultant to the C-suite and senior leadership, aligning executive and speciality hiring with long-term business objectives and organizational design.
• Lead end-to-end executive searches across all global functions—from initial research and sourcing to complex offer negotiations and closing.
• Partner with Executive Sourcer and own pipelines.
• Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies prioritizing a global network of high-caliber talent.
• Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and negotiate sophisticated compensation packages, including equity structures and performance incentives.
• Provide market mapping, competitive intelligence, and real-time pipeline health reports to inform leadership decision-making.
• Standardize and optimize the executive hiring journey, ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Proven success operating within a distributed global model with understanding of international hiring nuances.

• Commitment to using market intelligence and funnel analytics to optimize search health and influence leadership decisions.

Compensation

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $167,000 - $220,000 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including individual qualifications, market demands, and specific work location.
