📝 Rquirements: - We are looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer. - We need strong backend instincts and experience with async, event-driven systems. - We expect experience owning features end-to-end, from zero to delivery. - We value comfort working across the stack with Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes. - We prefer candidates who can work autonomously without handholding or waiting for specs. - For Senior level, French is a plus. - For Staff level, French is required. - We are looking for someone who has scaled systems before and can explain their decisions clearly. - We want someone who can teach others and set the bar for a small team.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - We build async, event-driven systems that handle document analysis and people screening at scale. - We own features end-to-end, from database to UI. - We work directly on automation that removes humans from KYC processes. - We ship independently and take full ownership of delivery. - We use AI development tooling in our day-to-day work. - We collaborate across backend and frontend systems to improve our platform. - We help scale our verification infrastructure from thousands to hundreds of thousands of verifications per month. - We handle edge cases in financial compliance through robust engineering.
