Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley / Bay Area or global tech hubs
- Deep understanding of the North American tech landscape
- Expertise in talent analytics and advanced sourcing intelligence tools
- Direct experience scaling Fintech or Big Tech engineering teams during hyper-growth
- English proficiency is mandatory
