What You'll Do
We are on the lookout for a seasoned UX Technical Project Manager (TPM) to spearhead the execution of complex, cross-functional user experience projects across our cutting-edge data and AI platform.
The UX TPM plays a crucial role in transforming strategic UX priorities into actionable execution plans, measurable outcomes, and predictable delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End UX Program Execution
- Drive comprehensive UX initiatives from initial concept to final release.
- Convert UX strategy into well-structured delivery plans with specific milestones.
- Manage interdependencies between UI engineering, backend teams, platform services, and product management.
- Ensure platform readiness for significant releases.
Cross-Layer Experience Coordination
- Orchestrate delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant experiences.
- Align global UX patterns including identity, onboarding, help systems, and agent behavior.
- Uphold experience contracts across various access layers.
Technical Delivery Acceleration
- Collaborate with UI engineering teams to enhance development speed and reliability.
- Monitor and report UX-related delivery metrics, such as cycle time, release readiness, and defect rates.
- Identify hindrances and proactively mitigate execution risks.
Release & Readiness Management
- Coordinate UX readiness for key launches.
- Manage design-to-development transitions, ensuring fidelity to implementation.
- Lead UAT planning, validation processes, and production launch checklists.
Process Optimization & Operating Rhythm
- Establish effective operating rhythms among design, UX PM, and engineering teams.
- Enhance prioritization clarity and minimize delivery friction.
- Standardize processes for intake, sequencing, and delivery frameworks.

Who You'll Work With
This position bridges Product, Design, and Engineering, driving the rapid delivery of high-quality, scalable user experiences across diverse access channels – including web UI, SQL IDEs, APIs, CLI, and conversational AI interfaces.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex UI or platform products.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend interdependencies.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with over 50 participants.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML applications.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, agent frameworks, or IDE tooling.
- Experience enhancing DevOps maturity or UI delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze engineering metrics and drive improvements in delivery.

Compensation
Pay Rate: $169,400.00 - $211,700.00 - $254,100.00 Annually
The starting pay for successful candidates will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. All permanent positions, besides sales roles eligible for commission based on quota achievement, will qualify for one of our annual incentive plans based on company performance and individual contributions.
