Your Role
As the Senior Staff Product Manager for AI User Experience, you will take charge of user engagement with AI-powered experiences on our platform. You will be responsible for crafting rich, adaptive, and outcome-driven interactions that evolve according to user intent, roles, and context.
This role involves defining the user experience strategy for the AI Assistant, Terry, and determining the scope of agentic administrative tasks.
You will manage the product roadmap, leading cross-functional prioritization efforts among design, content strategy, and engineering teams to create cohesive and scalable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of Product Experience
- Oversee the end-to-end user experience for agent-powered administrative capabilities.
- Maintain energy, clarity, and momentum within AI interactions from initial use to advanced tasks.
- Ensure agentic experiences enhance outcomes and do not hinder user progress.
- Define the transitions between agentic administration and user experiences across various modalities (GUI, CLI, API, IDE, etc.).
Leadership in Agentic Experiences
- Act as the product owner for agent interaction models, workflows, and trust boundaries.
- Collaborate with designers and content strategists to establish agent behaviors, mental models, and transparency in user control.
- Translate user intent into cohesive workflows and experience requirements for agents.
- Ensure seamless integration of agentic experiences with existing UI and workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead efforts across design, content, engineering, and core platform teams.
- Prioritize and sequence work to balance experience quality, technical feasibility, and delivery speed.
- Effectively influence and align outcomes within a matrixed organization.
Execution & Delivery
- Draft clear, outcome-focused requirements for AI-assisted experiences.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure alignment of user experience with agent capabilities and system behaviors.
- Ensure that features include necessary safeguards, user controls, and feedback mechanisms.
- Uphold high standards for usability, clarity, and user trust as AI evolves.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics related to agent adoption, task completion, and user trust.
- Utilize data and feedback to refine agent experiences and reduce friction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and effectiveness through orchestration and guidance.
Collaboration
- Engage with design, content, engineering, and platform teams.
- Partner with product leaders to ensure cohesive agent experiences across products.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of product management experience, especially in AI-powered or experience-led platforms.
- Direct experience in producing agentic or assistive AI experiences.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles for AI systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, content, and engineering.
- Experience in complex, multi-product/platform environments.
What You'll Bring

- Background with enterprise or developer-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI trust, explainability, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
- Collaborative experience with UX research on AI usability and trust testing.

Pay Rate
156400.0000 - 195600.0000 - 234700.0000 Annually The starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Non-sales positions are eligible for annual incentive plans based on company performance and individual contribution.
