Position: Senior Strategic Account Executive - Cloud & AI Partnerships
What You'll Be Doing • Lead the strategic alignment of Arrow's cloud platforms, including ArrowSphere-aaS and Arrow AI 360, to drive commercial success. • Accelerate market engagement by working closely with Telcos, MSPs, Distributors, and Digital Service Providers to boost platform adoption and expand the sales pipeline. • Deliver impactful executive workshops, demonstrations, and transformation sessions that highlight ArrowSphere as a premier marketplace platform and AI 360 as a robust AI expense management solution. • Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance pipeline development, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts within strategic accounts and partners. • Steer strategic transformation initiatives with existing ArrowSphere customers, enabling them to leverage new platform features and grow their cloud businesses. • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies that facilitate platform growth. • Contribute to platform strategy, focusing on partner segmentation, acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. • Provide valuable market and partner insights to shape product roadmap and platform innovation, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs and market dynamics. • Influence the AI 360 go-to-market strategy, including developing the ecosystem, prioritizing partners, and expanding use cases. • Create and scale frameworks, playbooks, and enablement materials that enhance partner capabilities and streamline sales cycles. • Act as a thought leader and representative for Arrow at industry events, executive forums, and partner engagements. • Provide trusted advisory support to partners as they navigate cloud modernization, marketplace adoption, and AI-driven transformation efforts. • Align platform capabilities with partner and vendor strategies to achieve measurable business growth and outcomes.
What We're Looking For • At least 12 years of experience in cloud, platform, or technology solutions across sales, consulting, product, or partner ecosystem roles. • Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, SaaS models, and platform-based business strategies. • Experience with or supporting Telcos, MSPs, Distributors, or extensive partner ecosystems. • Proven track record in leading customer-facing engagements, including executive presentations, workshops, and strategic conversations. • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, guiding direction while achieving concrete results. • Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams in a matrixed environment. • Robust business acumen with the ability to create compelling value propositions and ROI-driven narratives. • Exposure to or experience with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is advantageous. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences. • Proactive self-starter with a consultative mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $191,300.00 - $308,006.16
The actual compensation offered to candidates may differ from the stated hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
Location: US-CO-Colorado
Remote work employees may be required to visit the nearest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s discretion.
