Senior Strategy Analyst

We are partnering with a growing organization to place a Senior Strategy Analyst who will play a key role in how the company uses data to make decisions. You will sit close to leadership, working on the kind of problems that actually shape where a business goes - not just reporting on what already happened.

If you have a few years of experience in analysis or strategy support and want a role where the work varies and the stakes are real, this is worth a conversation.

Responsibilities

• Pull together data from different parts of the business, clean it up, and turn it into something decision-makers can actually use
• Take ownership of data quality - spotting errors, filling gaps, and making sure what leadership relies on is accurate
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track business performance over time
• Help the team structure analytical frameworks for evaluating strategic investments and business opportunities
• Take on ad hoc analytical questions - market sizing, competitive comparisons, assumption validation - that don't always have a clear starting point
• Work cross-functionally with Finance and other business teams to support ongoing projects

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years in a business analyst, financial analyst, or strategy-adjacent role
• Strong Excel skills - pivot tables, complex models, data structuring; you do not need guidance on the basics
• A sharp eye for data issues; you catch problems before they travel upstream
• Comfort managing several workstreams at once without letting quality slip
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline
