Our Global enterprise client is looking for two Senior System Administrators to join their growing team! With operations spanning North America and Latin America, this organization combines strong leadership with enterprise-wide standards, governance, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has enterprise experience with VMware, Azure administration, and Storage.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise server infrastructure, including virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and hardware/software configurations
- Manage Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, domain controllers, and Group Policy across multi-domain and multi-forest environments
- Administer and optimize enterprise storage and backup solutions, including SAN, NAS, and distributed storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity across server and network environments
- Support cloud integration efforts with hands-on Azure administration and collaboration across AWS and GCP environments
- Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, Bash, Azure Automation, and Ansible (AWX)
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Strong expertise in virtualization and infrastructure technologies, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, UCS, VSAN, SAN, and NAS
- Proficiency in Linux administration (RedHat), including experience with RedHat Satellite and Ansible (AWX)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and enterprise security practices
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk
- Proven problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing technical priorities effectively
Compensation
Pay: $70 - $90 per/hour depending on skillset

12 month contract opportunity
Location
Hybrid, on-site three days per week in downtown, Vancouver, BC
