Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the technical operation and projects of an assigned private cloud customer base
• Support and further development of private cloud customer environments (Iaas; PaaS)
• Advising the customer on IT issues and projects (IT Life-Cycle Management)
• Technical coordination of the assigned private cloud engineers
• Conceptual work with responsibility for project success and cost compliance

Qualifications

• Education and/or further training in the field of computer science as well as experience in technical project management and customer support
• Technical background in PaaS (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Native) and IaaS (Windows Server, Linux Server) environments
• Independent and structured work as well as analytical and team skills
• Empathic skills and respectful interaction with your colleagues and customers
• Motivation for personal and professional development
• Very good German and good English skills
