We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology organisation seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and scale enterprise infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is ideal for engineers with deep experience in virtualisation, data centre infrastructure, storage technologies, and high-availability systems.

Tech Stack & Environment:

• VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter
• Hyper-V & enterprise virtualisation
• SAN/NAS technologies (Fibre Channel, NVMe, Dell EMC, Pure Storage)
• Windows Server & Linux (RHEL)
• Active Directory, DNS & WSFC clustering
• AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• PowerShell, Python, Bash & automation tooling
• CI/CD & DevOps tooling (Git, Azure DevOps, VS Code)
• Monitoring & observability (Splunk, Dynatrace, syslog)
• TCP/IP, firewalls & enterprise networking

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and managing enterprise virtualisation environments
• Supporting multi-site data centre infrastructure
• Managing storage, replication, and performance optimisation
• Implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Driving automation, monitoring, and infrastructure improvements
• Supporting hybrid cloud integration initiatives
