Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Windows/Linux servers and virtualization environments
• Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are in place
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in system engineering or similar roles
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V)
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus)
• Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security principles
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, AWS) are advantageous
